Elder Michele Tolar serves along side her husband, Herman Tolar, Bishop and Founder of Disciple Fellowship Christian Church, a spirit-led, disciplined ministry located in Washington Park, IL. Their children, Chanel and Christian, and granddaughter, Samaria, join them in the rewarding labor of ministry.
Elder Michele Tolar is a gifted counselor and intercessor after God's heart. She leads the Intercessory Prayer team at Disciple Fellowship Christian Church. She is a virtuous example to women in the body of Christ. She boldly proclaims as the issues of life flows from the heart of mankind, the answers flow from the heart of God. She firmly believes James 5:16, "Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much."
Elder Michele Tolar is an anointed vessel of God, a prayer warrior, and an inspiration and mentor to women everywhere. She is a true and humble servant, who lets her light shine before men so that they may see her good works and glorify the Father in heaven. Her purpose and mission is to do what she was created for- Glorify God!
